• Available for in-stock items only
• Orders must be placed before 12 PM EST
• Not available for custom-made items

• Continental United States
• Alaska and Hawaii (additional 1-2 days)
• Military APO/FPO addresses

International Shipping: Currently not available

Delicate Items

• Sarees, lehengas, and embellished items are packed with extra care
• Jewelry items include protective packaging
• Fragile items include "Handle with Care" labels

Custom-Made Orders

• Require 2-3 weeks processing time
• Cannot be expedited
• Require final approval before shipping
• Non-returnable (see Returns policy)

Delivery Information

What to Expect

• Signature Required: For orders over $300
• Safe Delivery: We work with FedEx, UPS, and USPS
• Package Protection: All orders insured up to full value
• Delivery Attempts: 3 attempts before return to depot

Delivery Issues

• Missing Package: Contact us within 48 hours
• Damaged Package: Don't accept delivery, contact us immediately
• Wrong Address: $15 re-shipping fee applies

Order Modifications

Before Shipping

• Cancel Order: Free cancellation within 2 hours of placing order
• Change Address: Contact us within 24 hours
• Add Items: Place a separate order (orders cannot be combined)

After Shipping

• Change Address: Contact carrier directly with tracking number
• Intercept Package: Additional fees may apply through carrier
