- Jewelry items include protective packaging

Custom-Made Orders
- Require 2-3 weeks processing time
- Cannot be expedited
- Require final approval before shipping

Delivery Information
What to Expect
- Signature Required: For orders over $300
- Safe Delivery: We work with FedEx, UPS, and USPS
- Package Protection: All orders insured up to full value
- Delivery Attempts: 3 attempts before return to depot
Delivery Issues
- Missing Package: Contact us within 48 hours
- Damaged Package: Don't accept delivery, contact us immediately
- Wrong Address: $15 re-shipping fee applies
Order Modifications
Before Shipping
- Cancel Order: Free cancellation within 2 hours of placing order
- Change Address: Contact us within 24 hours
- Add Items: Place a separate order (orders cannot be combined)
After Shipping
- Change Address: Contact carrier directly with tracking number
- Intercept Package: Additional fees may apply through carrier
